JSC RusHydro ('Company') completed additional securities placement.
Total amount of the actually placed ordinary shares was 9,999,959,476 (99.99959% out of 10,000,000,000 additionally registered shares), the placement price was 1 (one) ruble. Method of securities placement - public offering, method of payment - cash.
No large transactions were performed by the Company in the course of securities placement.
In the course of securities placement, the Company performed a related-party transaction with the Russian Federation represented by authorized government agencies: the Energy Ministry of the Russian Federation (Minenergo of Russia) and the Federal State Property Management Agency (Rosimushchestvo) in compliance with federal laws requiring its approval by the Company's authorized management body, which was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting on January 23, 2009 (minutes No. 71 of January 23, 2009). The amount of securities placed through the transaction totaled 3,998,000,000.
Totally, the additional securities placement raised 9,999,959,476 rubles for the purposes of Company's Investment program financing.
