The RusHydro Group Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Report (hereinafter referred to as the CSR Report) reflects the results of the Group's activities in the field of labour protection, industrial and environmental safety, social and economic development of the regions, stakeholders’ interaction and other aspects of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility.

CSR Reports in the field of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development are issued by RusHydro Group annually.

The CSR Report are prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), “Core” option, with the use of the GRI Electric Utilities Sector Supplement.

The CSR Reports are independently audited in accordance with the International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3000 "Revised, Assurance Engagements Other than Audits or Reviews of Historical Financial Information". JSC PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit acted as an independent auditor. In addition, the Report passes the procedure of public certification by the Council on Non-Financial Reporting of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE).

The CSR reports are also tested by GRI Content Index Service: the content index received confirmation of accuracy - all the information included conforms to the GRI Standards.

As part of the CSR Report preparation, public hearings on the Draft Report are held, with the representatives of the major stakeholder groups giving their feed-back on the CSR Report content.
